1.Can fiber tips be disinfected?
Yes, please disinfect under 121℃(250℉), 15psi ( 1bar) steam for 20 minutes.
2.Can fiber tips be bent?
Yes, but please don’t bend them over 90°. Curve them but not angle them.
3.How many types of fiber tips? For what surgery?

7.Why There is no laser comes out?
Firstly please confirm the laser under ready mode (green light) ,
then push 1 of the 3 switch buttons on the outer cover and the laser will comes out.
8.How do use the selector button?
There are 3 basic movements, push up, push down and press in.
Up and Down for selecting and In for confirm.
Keep pushing in under standby mode (orange light) for sleep mode.
Keep pushing down under standby mode for reset.
9.Are there different shooting modes?
Yes, there are continuous mode and pulse modes.
10.How long is the warranty.
3 years completely free ( freight included) for non-human damage.

Our laser can only high effectively run through going through black things (the carbon dust) with regular wave length.

15.Can Kareto 3w Laser cut hard tissue?
No, Kareto Laser can only be used for soft tissue.
16. How do Kareto 3w Laser work with water laser?
Dentistry soft tissue disease is more common than hard tissue disease.
1 set of water laser can be used with severalKareto 3w Laser in a normal clinic.( Water laser is not good at soft tissue surgery)
17.What’s the advantage of Kareto 3w Laser for Endo treatment?
Kareto 3w Laser has custom thin and long fiber tips for Endo treatment to go deep into root canal
and clean soft tissue and bacteria completely in case of recurrence.
18.Is the red light laser?
Yes, it’s the laser for aiming. The laser for burning is invisible.
19.Why the laser can’t be seen when working?
Our laser can’t be seen by the human eyes because of the wave length.
But it can be seen by some old version cameras or videos.
20.Can the power change?
Yes. It can be changed under ready mode.
21.What are the initial modes?
There are Basic modes including Excision, Troughing, Gingivectomy, Endo,
Hemostasis, Aphth Ulcer, Exposure, Perio Pocket, Crown Length,
Implant Rec and Frencectomy. There are also 2 custom modes for you.
22.How to know the basic operation without reading the manual?
Firstly, the selector button can be pushed up, pushed down and pressed.
Up and down for chqanging and Pressing for confirming. There are 3 switch buttons on the outer cover.
Step 1, Insert the tip and charged battery (Orange light)
Step 2, Press the selector button 3 times.
Step 3, Select the basic mode. Confirm and go into ready mode (Green light). There comes a tip ‘initiate the tip’.
Step 4, Press the switch button to initiate the tip on the wood.
Step 5, Press the selector button and go back to stand by mode (Orange light)
Step 6, Push up or down to choose the Power, The Pulse Mode and the Basic Mode. Then press .
Step 7, Push up and down to regulate, press to confirm (Green Light)
Step 8, Draw the battery to turn it off.
22.How many pulse modes?
CP1 is 0.1ms work, 0.2ms rest, peak power 4.8w, average 1.6w
CW is continuous work, max average power 2.5w
CP2 is 1ms work, 1ms rest, peak power 3w, average 1.5w
